Product Profile of Heavy Duty Process Pump
Heavy Duty Process Pump has flow up to 650 GPM, pressure up to 500 PSI and viscosity up to 4,400,000 CTS. The Pump has temperature up to 525 ° f and has the feature of self priming up to 14 feet. The Pump has external bearing support on both sides of the impellers which enables the pump to handle high pressure, and pressure spikes associated with sudden surges of viscous mass. The Pump has impellers provided in single lobe or double lobe design and has the feature of no metal to metal contact in the fluid chamber. The Pump has housing and gear case which are foot mounted to minimize distortion and vibration.
